Thank you for your order! Since every piece is custom-made just for you, please review our production and shipping timeline below.

Production / Turnaround Time All items are made to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for production and embroidery before your order ships.

Shipping Method We ship via USPS. Once your order is fulfilled, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Estimated Delivery After your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Total time from order to delivery is generally 8–17 business days.

Shipping Destination We currently ship within the United States only.

Tracking Your Order A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You can track your package directly on the USPS website or through the link in your shipping confirmation email.
